About this blog....

Hi! And welcome to my blog.....!

If you are reading this, then I'm assuming you are a friend or family of mine......and want to know all the gruesome details about what I am currently going through, feeling like, thinking about.

Emails are fine - but I found myself having to say the same thing in so many different ways - not always truthfully - that this is a therapeutic way for me to get rid of all the things I really want to say - without having to filter it and adjust it for different sensibilities.

So be warned - I plan to be truthful. But hey, the joy about blogs is that you can dip in and out as you like so please just dip out any time I'm going into too much detail!

Sadly the "blog as intro to mega-book deal" thing has already been done, so no chance there. BTW - if any of you haven't read "The C-Word" by Lisa Lynch, go do that thing now - it's brilliant and she says it all so much more eloquently than I ever will.

And in case I forget to say it enough - thank you all for being there.
